1. XINAN Conventional Drying Kiln
XINAN Conventional Wood Drying Kiln uses fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual control systems. The kiln body is made of all Al or civil engineering shell, the kiln door is of the opposite or hanging type. It is highly sealed and open, lightweight and flexible, especially for cold regions in Russia . Top thickness reaches 250 mm, and the wall thickness is 150 mm, ensuring normal operation at an ambient temperature of -30ºC to -50 ºC.
No matter how much wood you want to dry at once, from 10 m3, 20 m3 to 200 m3, XINAN can customize it for you and provide you with the most suitable drying kiln.

2. XINAN FAST WOOD DRYING KILN
In 2004, XINAN introduced mature drying technology for New Zealand pine and successfully produced rapid drying equipment for needle wood drying. By using rapid drying equipment, the drying speed is greatly improved compared to conventional drying equipment, and the drying time is significantly shortened. This not only saves resources, but also improves production efficiency and increases economic benefits. The XVT series products come in three standard specifications: wood volume of 60 m3, 80 m3, and 100 m3. 3. XINAN High Temperature Heat Treatment Drying Kiln
Jiangsu XINAN Wooddrying Systems Co., Ltd., Institute of Nanjing Forestry University, took the lead in independently developing XNH series carbonized wood treatment equipment and process in China, with advanced equipment technology and reliable performance. The carbonized wood produced is widely used in various fields, fully expanding the application range of wood resources as solid wood products, and efficiently utilizing limited precious wood resources. 4.XNK Series Heat Pump Heating Drying Kiln
XNK Series Heat Pump Heating Drying Kiln is a wood drying equipment that uses new high-temperature heat pump technology to replace traditional boiler heating methods. This equipment does not require the use of boilers for heating, has zero emissions and no pollution, and has lower operating costs compared to pure electric heating drying and boiler heating drying. It is also easy to automate and control, saving labor costs.

XN-800 is a fully functional, intelligent, automatic wood drying control system developed by XINAN Wooddrying Systems Co., Ltd based on the research and development basis of drying equipment for more than 20 years with the cooperation of Institute of Drying Technology of Nanjing Forestry University. Its powerful function, safe and reliable, can meet the different needs of wood drying enterprises.
Functions:
Remote control: The data can be sent to the cloud end, and the mobile phone can view the current drying data anywhere. Meanwhile, multiple drying kilns can be networked on a local computer, which is convenient to monitor the working conditions of all drying kilns and flexible control.
M800B and M828
XINAN automatic controller uses HOLZMEISTER, such as M800B and M828.
HOLZMEISTER series is stable and supports individual programs. About 80 drying programs can be used by the operator for wood drying. Heating, conditional venting and the running direction of the fan are automatically controlled to ensure good drying effect. Wood drying in the kiln can also be controlled by connecting HOLZMEISTER series controller to PC via special software.
