Product Description

The external half-pipe reactor has the characteristics of fast heating and energy saving. Compared with reactors with jacket, the spiral external half-pipe design can reduce the thickness of the vessel body that withstands negative pressure and external pressure of the jacket. The flow rate of steam or heat transfer oil into the half-coil is higher than that of the jacket, reducing the fouling of the inner wall and facilitating heat conduction and cooling.
