Working Princible
After entering the crushing chamber, materials are fluidized under the action of a high-speed compressed jet forming a centripetal counterflow ejection field. The accelerated materials converge at the intersection point of multiple nozzles, producing intense impacts, collisions, and friction that lead to crushing. The fine powder generated from the crushing moves with the airflow to the upper part of the classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classification wheel, coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber for further crushing under the action of centrifugal force. Micro-powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged through the exhaust port, entering the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection. Dust-laden gas undergoes gas-solid separation in the dust collector, and the gas is exhausted by the draft fan.
Performance & Characteristics
Low energy consumption: Compared with traditional fluidized bed air jet mills, it can save 30% energy. Since the main collision of materials in the crushing chamber is with each other, there is little collision with the interior of the crushing machine, resulting in minimal pollution of the materials and allowing the production of high-purity materials. Built-in self-separating micro-powder classifier, with concentrated particle size distribution, ensuring no large particles in the finished product. Low-temperature medium-free crushing, particularly suitable for crushing low-melting point, thermosensitive, sugar-containing, and volatile materials. For flammable and explosive materials, inert gases can be used as media to achieve fully enclosed crushing. Inert gases are recycled, reducing losses.
