Machine frame structure and main characters:
1).Solid square steel frame: Panel 30mm thick , solid cage use 60 * 60mm square steel, the base use 120mm × 120mm square tube, back transmission gearbox are widened for easy repair. Bottom panel 18mm thick. The main frame panel adopts six-sided high-precision plane grinding and module design to ensure the stability of high-speed operation.

3).The attached equipment is fixed on the ground after adjusting the height. Driving system: 1)Multiple sets of servo motor control blades and feeding of raw materials,and main shaft driven other moving parts. Direct setting on the PLC for easy operation and maintenance.
