Usage
Sediment tank is used in purifying oral liquid, food health products etc. it is the key equipment of precipitation process. It is also suitable for freezing, normal temperature precipitation and solid-liquid phase separation of suspensions in other pharmaceutical, chemical, food, oral liquid, health products.
Working Principle
1). According to the process requirements, the concentrated solution and solvent shall be put into their respective proportions and the chilled brine or cooling water shall be turned on jacketed of the sediment tank . The mixing shall be uniform. When the required temperature of the feed liquid is reached, the mixing shall be stopped. The chilled brine or cooling water shall be continuously introduced into the jacket to ensure the required liquid temperature.
3). After the sedimentation is completed, open the supernatant discharge valve, and use the self-priming pump to extract the supernatant. the supernatant level will gradually drop with the supernatant level, After the supernatant is pumped out, At this time, the slag outlet can be opened to discharge the sediment. According to different precipitates of different materials, the bottom butterfly valve can be opened first to discharge the thinners.
