♦X, Y, Z three-axis servo control, using Taiwan ball screw directly connected structure, screw installation for pre-stretching, connection rigidity, high feed speed; The feed servo motor directly transmits the power to the ball screw without back backlash to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool. The Z axis is equipped with a hydraulic balancing device to ensure the same driving force for up and down movement.

Built-in spindle motor: The high torque motor is directly integrated with the spindle to minimize power loss, so the processing efficiency is excellent. The cooling method of the coolant direct injection bearing, the motor and the bed are also cooled at the same time to minimize the thermal deformation, and ensure the processing of vertical disc cutter: barrel CAM segmentation machinery, high segmentation accuracy, low failure rate, simple structure, easy maintenance, long service life.
