Product Description
VMC1270 vertical machining center, because X, Y, Z axis is equipped with high-speed moving linear heavy-duty roller guideway pair, so that the machine tool high-speed feed vibration is small, low-speed feed without crawling, both the high-speed rail machine and the high rigidity of the hard rail machine, so it is widely used in machinery manufacturing industry, die manufacturing industry and other industries. Especially automobile manufacturing and motorcycle manufacturing. After one clamping, the workpiece can automatically and continuously complete the processing of milling, drilling, boring, expansion, hinge, countersink, tapping and so on, which is suitable for mass production. The structure of the whole machine is fixed column type and cross sliding table structure. The fuselage adopts super large stable base, high rigidity long span herringbone column, high speed cutting without vibration and deformation.
