The LGMP350D The intelligent integrated arch anchoring and spraying trolley is a cutting-edge solution for initial tunnel support operations, co-developed by Lanhai Intelligent Installation and the Sichuan Luqiao Tunnel Branch. This state-of-the-art equipment boasts an engineering chassis, four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and a front and rear bidirectional driving system. Its upper body includes a three-arm full-sliding structure, three grab handles, two hanging baskets, two under-excavation hammers, and two anchor lever arms. Capable of managing the entire initial tunnel support process on-site, this trolley ensures seamless construction workflows within the tunnel, significantly boosting efficiency while minimizing safety hazards and occupational injuries.
Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchoring and spraying trolley amalgamates the complete tunnel initial support process, encompassing: initial spraying, measuring and setting points, under-excavation tasks, arch frame installation, advanced support, system anchor construction, anchor net installation, shotcrete operations, and more.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): Features include cluster management, positioning functions, video surveillance, walkie-talkie capabilities, pre/alarm functionalities, data management, tunnel BIM technology and digital twins, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and additional advanced functions.
High Shotcrete Volume: Capable of delivering up to 50m³/h, this equipment ensures high spraying efficiency and minimizes the risk of pipe clogging.
Reduced Operating Personnel: The entire construction operation can be efficiently carried out by just 3-4 people, compared to the traditional requirement of 8 or more workers.
Auxiliary Function Integration: Equipped with a breaker hammer and welding machine, the equipment can handle under-excavation processing and welding tasks during arch installation.
High Efficiency: Featuring three arms and three grippers, along with a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator, the middle arm's maximum grabbing force is 3 tons. This setup meets the needs for prefabricated arch installation, various benching method operations, and precise positioning and adjustment of the arch frame. All required construction procedures to complete erection take approximately one hour.
Prefabricated Arch Frame Installation: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and multi-frame prefabricated folding arch frame installation techniques, arch frames are produced outside the tunnel, reducing work time on hazardous surfaces, diminishing construction safety risks, and significantly enhancing overall efficiency.
