Product Description

This equipment is suitable for the quenching of cylindrical gears and spiral bevel gears with a diameter of φ150mm~φ500mm and a height of less than 100mm.
Δ. The outer ring,the inner ring and the inner bore of the part can be pressured separately during Hardening (pressure values can be adjusted respectively);
Δ. The pressure applied can be either fixed pressure or fluctuating pressure (adjustable frequency of the pulsation);
Δ. The plane of the workbench (the lower die) has a concave and convex adjustment device;
Δ. To achieve subsection injection cooling in the process of Hardening(Oil volume and injection time can be adjusted separately).
The press is a heat treatment equipment for Hardening Bevel gears in automobile,engineering machinery, tractor,metallurgy,etc.At the same time for other disc-like parts can also be quenched on the machine.The press has the following structural properties to ensure Hardening quality and deformation control.
