QGF-600 automatic 5 gallon barrel purified water filling machine and production lineProduct DescriptionFunctions and features:This filling line specially for 3-5gallons barreled drink water,with type QGF-100,QGF-200,QGF-300,QGF-450,QGF-600,QGF-900,QGF-1200,It intergrates bottle washing,filling and capping into one unit ,In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing ,The washing machine use multi-washing liquid spray and-thimerosal spray,This thimerosal can be used circularly,The capping machine can cap barrel automatically ,this line equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterilizer and clean .it also can automatically carry out barrel ,washing,sterilizing ,filling ,capping ,counting and products discharging ,with complete function ,modern design and high degree of automation ,it is a new kind of barreeled water auto-production line ,which intergrates mechanism ,electricity and pneumatics technologies together . 1.Automatic break protection for power leakage and short circuit;2.Under-pressure protection: when incoming air's pressure is Less than or equal 0.5MPa, the equipment will be automatically stopped.3.Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped.4.Remarks:We can add other functions as customer's requirements like:hot tank heating washing,bottle external washing,cap washing ,capacity note and man-machine control. Main machineDetailsDe-capping machine:This decapping machine is designed for 3 & 5 gallon bottle in water production line. It's used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle before rinsing.Automatic high pressure interior exterior brushing machine:The machine is used for cleaning barrel inside outside before filling process.It's used for allround cleaning the bottle, significantly improves cleaning efficiency.Automatic up-loader:Automatically push the prepared empty bottle into the filling machine, put the bottle into the holder inside the washer station.5 Gallon Water Bottle Filling Machine:This filling machine for PET bottle integrates the functions of rinsing, filling and capping together.
