Working Theory
Fotona 4D Pro is a 4-dimensional non-invasive aesthetic treatment machine for dealing skin problems and rejuvenating skin . By using different wavelengths, mainly 2940nm and 1064nm laser, it sent laser energy to the tissues to treat the skin problems of patients.
During the process, the collagen can be increased. At the same time, the skin regains its lost elasticity and moisture.
As a result, the skin can be more vibrant and healthier. The treatment can give results only by 2 or 3 days.
Why Er:YAG & Nd:YAG laser combination? The Dynamis' VSP (Variable Square Pulse) Er:YAG laser inherently ablates skin more precisely than other laser wavelengths. Er:YAG energy is highly absorbed in water - the main target chromophore for skin resurfacing - and
can thus vaporize skin with micron-precision and very little thermal conduction. This keeps undesired eff ects such as hypopigmentation and persistent erythema, as well as recovery time, to a minimum. The VSP Er:YAG laser in Dynamis systems can be accurately tuned from varying "cold" and "hot" ablative to non-ablative thermal ratios. The Nd:YAG laser perfectly complements the Er:YAG laser's ablative action with its ability to penetrate deeply into the skin to create thermal eff ects without damaging the skin surface. Its homogeneous absorption in the skin and low absorption in melanin allow it to be safely used on all skin types. Compared to conventional technologies, the VSP Nd:YAG pulses of Dynamis lasers create virtually instantaneous FRAC3® temperature increases, limited to the targeted structures only. Application
Er:YAG laser: This laser can cut and vaporize skin cells on the surface by absorbing water molecules, and can be used for skin resurfacing, reducing wrinkles, and improving acne.
Nd:YAG laser: This laser can penetrate the skin surface and go deep into the skin layers to stimulate collagen production and improve skin tone. Nd:YAG laser can also be used to alleviate varicose veins and other vascular problems.
SmoothLiftin laser: This laser is a non-invasive skin tightening and lifting technique that stimulates collagen production by heating deep in the skin, thereby improving skin elasticity and firmness.
FRAC3 laser: This laser can selectively destroy pigment and blood vessels in the skin by absorption, thereby improving skin tone and reducing pigment deposition and vascular dilation.
Step1: Smooth Liftin
Using Er:Yag laser for improvement of nasolabial folds and wrinkles around the mouth. Put the probe into mouth, healing from inside to outside of mouth.
Step 2: FRAC3By utilizing short pulse time and high energy peaks, a 3D lattice is generated in the epidermis and dermis, allowing high temperature to quickly penetrate 3 millimeters below the dermis to form point like damage, stimulate collagen regeneration, and achieve whitening, rejuvenation, and firming effects.
