Directional Antenna Installation Tips
* Please turn off the power of the signal equipment before use, and then connect the antenna.
* Determine location of nearest cell tower.
* Mount antenna to 2.0 inch max diameter mast or to wall as high as possible.
* keep the antenna facing the signal tower.
* Adjust antenna position left/right and up/down tilt to find optimal signal.
* Point away from:other antennas,trees & buildings,large vertical metal or concrete objects.
Note:
* Use 50 Ohm RF coax cables. DON'T Use RG59/RG6 coax (75 Ohm cable) - signal will be seriously degraded
* This antenna is for direct-wired connection to cellular data devices with 2 antenna connectors.Keep cables as short as possible.DON'T Use a splitter to connect 1 modem port to both antenna leads.
* This directional antenna(one plastic side) must be pointed toward a cell tower.In order to get a better signal, please keep the antenna facing the signal tower as free of obstacles and high enough.
