Impact Crusher Introduction:
Stone Impact crusher is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing. With a feature of big crushing ratio,high-efficiency crushing, cubic shape, selectable crushing and etc, impact crusher is suitable for crushing different compression strength of rocks and is widely used in mining, cement and concrete industries
Impact Crusher Working Principle:
The materials are crushed via impact energy produced in the impact crusher. When the materials enter the zone of the board hammer, they are flung into the impact equipment via the high-speed impact of the board hammer. These materials will be re-crushed after rebounding into the scale board. The large materials are crushed into small pieces until it becomes the specified granularities. The end products come out from the base of the impact crusher.

5. Insert adjustment: at mechanization adjustment, the crusher can be regulated whether at work or shutdown. When turned into hydraulic adjustment, automatic control is achieved.
