Tungsten carbide saw tip is used as the tips for the TCT saw blade for cutting all kinds of original wood, hard wood, HDF, MDF, plywood, particle board, laminated board, composite material, grass, aluminum and metals. It can give much more excellent performance than HSS .

About Tungsten Carbide
1.Using over high purity tungsten carbide powder, it has a better strength and hardness combined with a longer service life than the normal one.
2.Taking isostatic pressing machine, our drill button has a uniform density and do not break easily.
3.Sintered by HIP sintering fuenance, the abrasive resistancing of carbide button can be increased by 24%.
4.Ground by centerless grinder, it has precis measurement up to 0.01mm.

Inspection
The size of the angle shall not exceed 0.15 mm on the edge of the blade and 0.3 mm on the
non-blade.
The inspection rules and test methods should be in accordance with the provisions of GB 5242
Marking,packing,transportation and storage
Requirements for surface quality of cemented carbide saw tips blades
Cemented saw tips blade surface must not be delamination,cracks and bubbles,obvious
carburization and other defects.
The size of the angle shall not exceed 0.15 mm on the edge of the blade and 0.3 mm on the
non-blade
Package
The saw tips piece every 5Kg in a plastic bag,cardboard boxes in a dry,with scraps of paper or
cotton plugged in,carton box,or plastic box,placed in a corrugated box.Weight per box shall not
exceed 30Kg.
Each box should be sticked to the factory label,indicating the product brand,model,batch number
and net weight.
When the product is transported,the moisture should be prevented and the collision should not be
violently.
The product should be stored in dry,acid free,alkali atmosphere and corrosion protection.The
product should not be stored for more than one year,and the product discoloration should be
retreated and reused one year later.
