Operational principle:
1.
Our cryogenic pulverizer system uses liquid nitrogen as the cold source,After the crushed materials become brittle and easy to crush at low temperature through cooling, they enter the cavity of the mechanical crusher and achieve the crushing effect under the combined action of high-speed rotation of the impeller, repeated impact, collision, shearing, friction, etc. to achieve the crushing effect.

The crushed materials can be classified and collected with a screening classifier: the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements will be returned to the silo for further crushing, and most of the cold air will be returned to the silo for recycling.
3.
In the process of material crushing, the cold source of the cryogenic pulverizer system forms a closed cycle system, which makes full use of energy and saves energy consumption.
4.
According to the embrittlement point temperature of each different material, its temperature can be adjusted during the crushing process, and the best crushing temperature can be selected to reduce energy consumption.
5.
The fineness can reach 1000 mesh, even up to micro mesh.
6.
Its production capacity is 100-1000kg per hour, depending on the maerial's characteristic and fineness.
Advantages of our low-temperature pulverizer:
A. Using liquid nitrogen as the grinding medium, we can achieve ultra-low temperature crushing, explosion-proof, anti oxidation and other comprehensive effects of materials. The cryogenic pulverizer can crush the characteristics that cannot be crushed at room temperature, obtain finer powders than those crushed at room temperature, and obtain powders with good fluidity, which can prevent the deterioration of materials due to crushing heat, and prevent dust explosion and reduce noise during the crushing process, The pulverizer has high crushing capacity.
B. Energy saving. More than 80% of the cold air is returned to the silo for precooling, which greatly reduces the operating cost. This is our technical advantage.
C. Using two cyclone separators, there are few fine particles in the discharged gas, which is an advantage that peers do not have.
D. For the configuration of dynamic balance detection system, all rotating parts, including belt pulley, have undergone dynamic balance detection, greatly improving the service life of the equipment, which is achieved by our company alone.

Matters need attenton:
Due to the liquid nitrogen gas will be generated during operation, and some liquid nitrogen gas will be discharged together with crushed materials, and when its concentration is too high and the oxygen content in the environment is lower than 19.5%, the inhalation of this gas will cause headache, dizziness, vomiting, confusion, etc. The working space and place shall ensure smooth air, and the equipment shall not be installed or used in a closed state.
Post-sale Service:
The designed service life of the whole machine is 20 years, and the warranty period is 12 months from the acceptance. During the warranty period, the repair or replacement is free of charge due to its own quality problems, and the cost is charged due to improper operation or other reasons. The cost incurred for subsequent services after the warranty period is also charged according to the cost price. There is basically no after-sales service for our equipment. If the buyer require some post-service ,we provide reasonable solutions within 24 hours in China, the replacement of wearing parts is not within the scope of warranty. The theoretical service life of main wearing parts is 7000 hours for cutter wheel and 6000 hours for gear ring. There will be deviation due to different material characteristics
