The BJZ series steel wire braiding machine is a high-speed steel wire braiding machine developed and designed by our company; this machine has a high speed and improves the work efficiency by more than 1 times compared with ordinary steel wire braiding machines. It is easy to operate and has high precision; all the machines adopt automatic control, PLC+ Man-machine dialogue interface and servo drive motor. The braiding accuracy is greatly improved, and the operation difficulty for the workers is reduced; the fully enclosed structure reduces the noise of the equipment and improves the safety performance of the workers; the large-capacity spool saves the waste of steel wires and reduces the frequency of wire replacement, and improves the work efficiency; Glue stop alarm function, disconnection stop alarm function; fixed-length braiding function; fault detection function; three-color alarm display.
