This series of air filter cartridges are widely used for removing particulate impurities in the air.The thread screw on the air filter cartridge is used for installing which can be fixed very well and good performance using.

Working priciple
When the piston machine is working, if the inhaled air contains impurities such as dust, it will aggravate the wear of the parts, so air filter must be installed. The air filter consists of two parts, a filter element and a housing. The main requirements of air filtration are high filtration efficiency, low flow resistance, and continuous use for a long period of time without maintenance.
The air filters we have three kinds of as below for your choosing,
Inertial type, filter type and oil bath type.
1 Inertial type: Since the density of impurities is larger than the density of air, when the impurities rotate with the air or make sharp turns, the centrifugal inertial force can separate the impurities from the airflow.
2 Filter type: Guide air to flow through the metal filter or filter paper, etc., to block and adhere the impurities to the filter element.
3 Oil bath type: There is an oil pan at the bottom of the air filter, which uses the airflow to sharply impact the oil to separate and stick the impurities in the oil, and the oil mist that is stirred up flows through the filter with the airflow and adheres to the filter. . When the air flows through the filter core, it can further adsorb impurities, thereby achieving the purpose of filtration.
