Noodle slitter: Also named as Noodle cutter, it's a cutter which can slit dough sheet into noodles.
Noodle cutter is the final procedure in noodle making process and it plays a crucial role.
The quality of noodles is closely related to the performance of noodle cutter;
The quality of noodle cutter is decisive for the grade and production cost of noodles.

Problems caused by inferior noodle cutter:
1	The noodles have burrs, knots or twists that affect appearance of noodles and smooth tates, etc;
2	Cause a great amount of flour crumb and negatively affect the appearance of noodle cakes;
3	Make the noodle soup turbid and seriously affect the soup taste;
4	Rough cutting surface affect the smoothness of noodle texture;

As the vermicelli has large hardness,large resilience,and high viscosity,the cutter tooth is designed to be M-shape based on these 3 characteristics to ensure cutting strength,reduce cutter rollers'axial force,prolong the service life and reduce the debris. The slitted vermicelli has smooth side surface and flat surface.
As the rice noodle is soft,quite vicious,high viscosity and hard to cut-off,the cutter tooth is improved based on that of vermicelli cutter to shred rice noodle smoothly without sticking to the cutter.
