Product Description3660*1220*25mm size fiberglass walkways non slip blue FRP gratingFRP Molded Grating is a structural panel which uses high-strength E-Glass roving as reinforcing material, thermosetting resin as matrix and then casted and formed in a special metal mold. Molded FRP grating consists of continuous glass strands encased in resin and wrapped in a surfacing veil which protectsthe fibers and allows resin to saturate the outermost part of the bar as well as penetrate between the glass fibers. This ensures a smooth and corrosion-resistant surface, with a higher glass/resin ratio than molded products. Stirring raw materialsResin, fiberglass fiber yarn, calcium powder filling, color paste, reagents, etc. are arranged in proportion, stirring for 20minutes.2 . Draw yarnLay the alkali-free yarn layer by layer to improve the strength of the FRP grating.3 . Compression moldThe stirred raw materials are poured into the mold and compacted mechanically or manually.4 . Heat curingAfter the grating is heated for 20 minutes, the raw materials and yarn are fused together.5 . Cooling demoulding, mold liftingAfter the above process is completed, cooling for 10 minutes demolding, mold lifting, semi-finished grating finished.6 .
