LEIZHAN Graphite sealing strips / deckles with a sufficient amount of flexibility and chemical resistance ensure the level of protection required. Sealing strips made from rubber graphite with outstanding mechanical characteristics and emergency running properties for increased endurance. Leizhan guarantee all the sealing strips are a whole strip, there is no splicing and overlapping phenomenon during production.
They are applied for all suction roll, such as vacuum press roll,vacumm couch, vacuum suction roll in paper machine.
Under the correct operation, it can be used for over 2 years without getting off the machine, which solves the problem of frequent shutdown and maintenance in the paper mill, and improves the startup rate. Product Parameters
