Our advantage: 1. The machine tool beds are all designed and produced by ourselves. The R&D team is from Taiwan and the machine quality is high. In order to obtain domestic policy support, we chose to produce in Zhangzhou, a Taiwanese investment area. The price will be much lower than that of Taiwanese machines.2. The casting is made of HT300 and processed using the MEEHANITE process. After more than half a year of natural aging, artificial aging, vibration treatment, and internal annealing treatment, the casting has high stability and is not easy to deform; it is manually scraped to ensure accuracy.3. We can produce five-axis machines. The machine accuracy reaches Acc. VDI 3441 Std. We have 6 bearings (4 in the front and 2 in the rear).4. The controllers (FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens) and spare parts are all brands with the most stable and reliable quality in the world.
5. The advantage of our gantry is that it is one-piece and has strong rigidity. The beams, columns, base and columns are all cast in one piece. Others' gantry is not one-piece but separate.
Remark:
1.Transportation: By sea.
2.Validity: 30 days.
3.Delivery time: Within 50 days after receiving the prepayment.
4.Payment terms:30% T/T in advance, 70% after inspection before shipping.
5.Warranty: 12months non-human made damage for mechanical parts and 24 month non-human made damage for NC controller since customer receiving the machine.
6.Installation and commissioning personnel and days: According to the customer's need, 2 engineers and 1 translator, within 7 days(depends on the actual situation).
7.Engineer Travel, Installation and commissioning expenses: The round-trip tickets and accommodation are all offered by buyer. And the Labor cost are also offered by buyer.
