Features This unit is suitable for pushing general bookshelves and most floorstanding speakers, and we have tested the more difficult Danner/Dynaudio contour 1.8 floorstanding speakers here surprisingly also pushed with gusto. We've added the new BT 5.0 receiver module in for easy wireless connection to mobile phones and other portable devices.
The tubes we have on hand now range in date from the sixth to the eighth decade of production, and the meticulous workmanship is amazing, it is hard to imagine that in those days we could have done such a fine and complex product ourselves, and the consistency is excellent. In specific tests, we have compared them with the EL34 and 300B, which are well known in the market, and they do not lose out in any way to these internationally renowned tubes.
The FU29, with the Russian name FY29 and the American name 829B, is a composite tube with two Cambodian tetrodes encapsulated in the same glass case, which can be used in a push-pull output power amplifier to reduce the trouble of selecting a pair of tubes.
To further simplify the circuit, a composite tube 6N2 is used for preamplification and inverting, so that a single channel with one 6N2 and one FU29 can complete the amplification task and have 40W power output.
This machine is compact, unique in shape, but powerful in thrust. The high supply voltage and the unique output cow structure make the output internal resistance relatively small for high and low frequency signals, and it has a good low frequency driving ability. This is also the reason why tube amplifiers have not been completely replaced after the emergence of many new technologies. Specification
