JLTS twin shaft tire shredder , equipped Cr12mov/H13K knives, suits for shredding waste tire contents steel, JLTS1000/1200/1500/1900/2600 can process scrap car tire, truck tire, ORT tires which diameter, waste tire steel drawing machine pull off steel in tire sidewall in advance for decreasing the wearing of tire shredder knives, JLTS tire preliminary shredder has two rotors built into the machine that rotate at low speeds and high torques, shredding size controlled by screens(standard size: 50X50mm), screen rotary around shredding chamber, oversize material turn back into shredding chamber. JLTS twin shaft shredder also suitable for plastic waste, wood processing scrap, medical waste, paper, cardboard or almost any type of waste, which need uniformed end size, materials can be dumped into the hopper and processed with no further operator interaction.
