FM antenna switch board is the core equipment of radio and television wireless transmission doubly-fed technology. The antenna switch board can divide one channel of RF signal into two channels, and use two main feed cables to transmit the RF signal to the upper and lower parts (or two antennas) of one antenna. The main advantage of using antenna switch board and doubly-fed system is to improve the reliability of the antenna feeder system.
In the past five years, due to the rapid development of radio and television industry, some transmission equipment can no longer meet the requirements of radio and television transmission. Wireless transmission equipment needs intelligent, reliable and stable products.

Two.Function introduction
The switch board of the main and standby machine allows one (or more) standby transmitter to back up multiple main transmitters, and in case of failure of any main transmitter, connect the standby transmitter to the transmission system, and repair the failed main transmitter at the same time. The use of the main and standby switch boards can effectively improve the reliability of the entire launch system.
The number of ports on the switch board of the main and standby machines is different according to the number of backup main transmitters, but its working principle is the same. The switching device of the switch board can be coaxial switch or U-Link manual switch.

1.The antenna switch meets two switching modes.
Mode 1: doubly-fed output, which meets the requirements of full power transmission and bearing power; ≥60KW.
Mode 2: single feed output. When one of the upper and lower antennas fails to repair, the power can be appropriately reduced for broadcasting. The bearing power is ≥30KW.
2.It adopts U-link design and supports fast plugging.
3.The switch board has a communication interface for remote monitoring data transmission.
4.The display screen is a touch screen, which can switch the antenna feeder manually, display the working status of the upper and lower groups of antenna feeder systems, and display the transmission power and reflected power output of each channel.
5.Power capacity: ≥ 60KW.
6.Operating frequency band: 470MHz-900MHz.
7.Double-fed output power: ≥ 60Kw, power distribution 1:1.

Four.Benefits
1.The fully automatic intelligent switch board is controlled by a computer, and the display part adopts a 10-inch color touch screen. Because it is an industrial control screen, it has strong anti-interference ability.
2.In order to prevent human misoperation, the touch screen button adopts the confirmation method. At the same time, it also prevents misoperation caused by insects falling on the touch screen.
3.Full-automatic intelligent switch board has screen locking function.
4.The fully automatic intelligent switch board has RS 485 communication interface, which can carry out remote data transmission, centralized control and networking with the upper computer.
5.The maximum distance of RS485 can reach 1200 meters.
6.The switching time of the fully automatic intelligent switch board is only 0.5 seconds, which greatly reduces the switching time of the stop broadcast. When one of the two groups of antennas has a fault, the system will display an abnormal group of antenna technical parameters. Just click the switch indicator on the touch screen, and the switch panel will switch to a normal set of antenna systems according to the requirements of the operator.
7.When there is a problem with the electrical control of the fully automatic intelligent switch board, you can manually turn the coaxial switch to realize manual conversion.
8.When there is a problem with the full-automatic intelligent switch board and coaxial switch, you can manually plug and unplug the U-link to realize the manual switch to ensure that the switch board system works safely and reliably under any circumstances.
