GS-5L-II Double Station Machine The GS-5L-II double station machine is designed to meet the needs of English-speaking natives. It is equipped with one additional station featuring a high-precision linear guide, setting it apart from single station machines. This machine is capable of producing a wide variety of materials, including PE, PP, and more. With a maximum capacity of 5L, it offers a production capacity that is 60 to 70% higher than single station machines. The die heads can be easily changed to achieve multi-type production.

The die heads allow for easy refueling, color change, purging, disassembly, and cleaning. The symmetry of the wall thickness is very uniform.

The extruder platform can be lifted, making it easy to adjust the parison length.
The whole blow pin frame can be turned over onto the top platform, facilitating mold change.

A technician will be dispatched to the buyer's location to test the machine until it is fully operational. The buyer will be responsible for all expenses incurred by the technician, including transportation, visa fees, accommodation, and insurance. If the technician is required to travel abroad, a service fee of USD 120 per day will be charged within the specified time period.
Warranty & Guarantee
We provide a 2-year guarantee from the moment the machine is running smoothly at the buyer's factory. During this guarantee period, the seller will handle any issues related to the machine's quality. Damaged parts with a unit price exceeding USD 50 will be replaced with new ones upon return.
