If the customer needs to collect the fermentation liquid bacteria, it is generally recommended to use tubular high-speed centrifuge, the equipment of high recovery rate of bacteria, bacteria water is less than other separators, the fermentation liquid after separation is basically aseptic body, so in the collection of bacteria we think tubular high-speed centrifuge is a more suitable fermentation liquid separation equipment in industrial production.

Tubular centrifuge has high performance of separate factor, high capacity, and account for small area and easy to handle, it has been widely used in pharmaceutical, health food, drinks, chemical industriesto separate the liquid-solid or liquid-liquid-solid materials. It is an ideal centrifuge take advantage of centrifugal methods, the minimum granules is 1 um, which is suitable for distill, condense and clarify the material has small gravity difference, small and few solid granules and high erosion products.
There is two types, for GQ tubular centrifuge which is used for the clarification.

The separator parts which contact with the materials are made of stainless steel. The machine body is iron casted which could be covered with stainless steel or coated with paintings according to the requirement of the customer.

Tubular centrifuge separator Working principle of GQ:
It is a high-speed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The liquid mixture is fed through the feeding pipe in the bottom of the separator, the bowl of the centrifuge is driven by the motor via spindle and rotates around its axis at a very high speed and forms a strong centrifugal force and this centrifugal force separates the liquid mixture into liquid and solid according to their different gravities. The liquid is drain out from respective liquid outlets on the top of the separator, in the meantime, the solids are deposited on the bowl's wall. When the accumulated solids full of the separator bowl, there will be no liquids drain out from the liquid outlets, the separator shall be stopped to remove the solid from the bowl manually.
Tubular Centrifuge separator features:

Points for Operating the Tubular Separator * When the percentage of impurities or solids in the liquid is less than 0.5%, the ideal separation effect will be realized. If the percentage is higher than 0.5%, the solution should be clarified first * High groove is used to feed materials. If the liquid is of large viscosity, it can also be pumped. * Measurement for proper materials inlet pressure: when materials are fed by the nozzle into the separator, the proper inlet pressure is depended on property of materials the nozzle into the separator,to spray materials at least half up onto the drum. Low pressure will cause part of the liquid not fed into drum and slide into the bearing seat at the bottom of the drum to outflow from overflow mouth, while the high pressure will affect the separation quality and lead to the vibration of the machine. * The inside diameter of feeding tube shall be large enough to be controlled by valve and be convenient for user to adjust according to flow rate and output. * The separator is equipped with nozzle in different diameter, to fit different the separation quality and yield.If small production with high quality, the small nozzle is used, and vice versa.
