The CNC saw excels at cutting stone slabs, countertops, sinks, blade profiling, engraving, and beyond.
The waterjet cutting head is engineered for immaculate mitering and slicing through various materials with precision. It's the go-to tool for crafting intricate shapes and angles, making it ideal for porcelain, stone, marble, and granite inlay patterns.
Main Features
5-axis Saw - This machine is a fully interpolated 5-axis bridge saw. * Automated head rotation from 0° to 360°, coupled with automatic blade tilting from 0° to 90°, makes it perfect for large-scale production runs while keeping costs in check.
* It seamlessly integrates various complex curved surface processing tasks and combines the functions of cutting, drilling, milling, and engraving
into a unified system.
5-axis Waterjet - This machine is also a fully interpolated 5-axis waterjet.
* Automated head rotation from 0° to 360° along with automatic Abrasive Cutting Head tilting from 0° to 60° ensures accurate
inside-corner fabrication for mitered edges.
* Equipped with a KMT-H20 JET50 super-pressure pump featuring Siemens PLC and motor.

3) The Y-axis is moved by a gantry system, ensuring perfect squaring of the bridge.

5)The CNC Sawjet & bridge saw can perform easy cuts manually and can also import and work with DXF (AutoCAD) files for added versatility.
6) The working platform can tilt up to 85 degrees, facilitating easy slab loading.
7) Slab photography for nesting and defect avoidance.
8) Manual/automatic nesting to optimize slab surface usage.
9) RTCP tool point tracking function ensures easy and precise machining.
10) Optional - Vein matching for perfect alignment of veins and colors at project seams.
