This equipment is specially used for producing high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe andspecial-shaped pipe. The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw .Rolling speed can be ajustedcorrespondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness. We can also customized according to customer's requirements.

Step 1 :Uncoiler
Function: support rolled plate and strip tension for erw pipe mill production line, by the frame, main shaft, increases of drum,brake.

Step 2 : Shearing butt welding
Function: Shear the end of each strip coil, then welding them together, so that pipe making welding machine line can be continue production.
