2-layer PE tube with soft touch, impact resistance, fine expandability, and chemical stability, is convenient in use. But the disadvantage is that it has bad gas barrier, therefore, the dissolved aromatic compounds is easy to be oxidized. This kind of tubes can be used in containing cleansing cream, hand cream, facial mask packaging, etc.
5-layer PE tube with perfect gas barrier and toughness can help to prevent the cosmetics or skincare from being oxidized. Meanwhile, it also can help to prevent dissolved aromatic compounds and others from leaking out. This type of tubes can be used to hold sun cream, hair cream, ointment, hand cream, and other cosmetics. PBL tube (Plastic Barrier Laminated Tube) can be divided into two types: the whole plastic non-barrier composite tube and the whole plastic barrier composite tube. For the whole plastic non-barrier composite tube, it is usually used in packaging low-grade and slight cosmetics for it has edge seam in the tube. But the whole plastic barrier composite tube has excellent barrier performance, because the barrier layer used in all-plastic tube is high-barrier plastic film, EVOHPVDC, oxide coating PET, and so on.

The typcial material is PE/PE+ EAA/AL/PE/ +EAA/PE. And the barrier layer of the tube is aluminum foil.
