After use, it needs to be manually added again without any alarm reminders. 2.2 SUKO fully automatic feeding: 2.2.1 Automatic feeding bucket: Two bags of material weighing about 50 kilograms, made of 304 stainless steel, can be used for 6-8 hours at a time; 2.2.2 Vacuum feeding, made of 316 material, automatically delivers the material to the material tray of the equipment; 2.2.3 The material drum includes a mixing system to prevent bridging of PTFE powder, as PTFE powder has poor fluidity and is prone to bridging; 2.2.4 The vacuum feeding height can reach 6-8 meters, and the material barrel is placed on the first floor, directly sucking the material onto the equipment on the platform; 2.2.5 When the material in the material barrel is too low, the equipment will automatically alarm and prompt for feeding; 2.2.6 The tray sensor ensures the storage capacity of the tray material; 2.2.7 Three color light: green running, yellow alarm, including material shortage and faults, red stop; 2.2.8 The feeding time and quantity can be controlled separately. 3. The equipment is equipped with a water cooling system, and the hydraulic station is water-cooled. Prolonged operation can cause excessive oil temperature, ensuring normal operation. The mold core rod water-cooling system ensures the normal use of the mold core rod. The material tray is water-cooled to ensure that the materials enter the mold normally. 4. The control cabinet is controlled separately to prevent high temperature from accelerating the aging of components and circuits, reducing the lifespan and stability of the equipment. 5.
