Double Shaft Shredder
Double axis shredder is a high torque double axis crusher that operates slowly.
The material enters the interior of the box through the feeding system and is collected by two rotor shafts carried on the box, which rotate alternately inward or outward.
Each shaft is equipped with a row of special geometric shredding blades.
The material is shredded into small pieces through a combination of cutting, squeezing, and tearing by the shredding blade, and then discharged from the lower part of the box.

Electrical system adopts PLC program: features start, stop, forward, reverse and overload automatic protection functions;
Along with automatic, safe and efficient, long service life, low speed, high torque, low noise;
Tool thickness can be customized: 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm;
Can choose single tooth or multi-tooth: single tooth is suitable for hard, rigid materials, but multi-tooth is suitable for soft materials, and high yield.

Double Shaft Shredders is featured sophisticated design, robust structure, and high efficient shredding result, two shaft shredders are normally used first stage shredder for materials like truck tires, steel drums, organic waste, and MSW, With a two shaft shredder, once the materials is fed into the cutting chamber, the cutting blades with hooks will grab material and then shear it down to strips. The shreds are directly discharged after cutting without passing through a screen, so the size of shreds is quite random, custom blade widths can match your required size.
