Main features of this machine tool:
1. The 30° inclined bed base design significantly boosts bending and torsional rigidity during operation, ensuring high precision and stability. The integrated bed base is a strong guarantee for the machine's overall precision.
2. Features a direct drive synchronous spindle device with a magnetic ring incremental encoder, achieving 20 arc-second positioning accuracy and 40 arc-second C-axis indexing accuracy. This design eliminates spindle vibration, maintains nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM, and improves workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor facilitates faster installation and maintenance. The spindle motor's cooling system controls thermal displacement, ensuring a consistent operating temperature. The spindle system's dynamic balance testing ensures excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, making it ideal for both finishing and heavy-duty rough machining. 3. The high-rigidity overall design of the servo turret features a high-precision clutch for accurate positioning and repeatable positioning accuracy. The servo motor-driven cutterhead supports bi-directional or arbitrary tool selection, with hydraulic principles used for clutch loosening and clamping, allowing for quick and precise tool changes.
4. Equipped with roller linear guides and precision-ground ball screws, this machine ensures optimal accuracy and longevity. Each axis features a direct transfer structure and double-anchor pre-relay method for minimized thermal displacement and enhanced processing accuracy.
