1. The base, fuselage, workbench, middle slide seat, lifting slide seat, and other main components are crafted from high-strength materials, ensuring robust and durable construction.

2. The milling head features a turret milling head with manual and micro feeding methods for convenient and precise processing.
The milling head can be adjusted ±45° in the vertical plane and 360° in the horizontal plane, significantly expanding the machining capabilities.
3. The vertical and horizontal table offers three types of feeds: manual, mobile, and mobile fast feed, with mobile feed providing 8 different speeds for diverse processing needs.
These feeds meet various processing requirements, while the fast feed ensures the workpiece quickly reaches the machining position, reducing non-machining time.
4. The lifting platform Z-lifting is operable manually and automatically, with interlocking mechanisms to eliminate unsafe factors.
5. The table's X direction travel extends up to 800mm, with X, Y, Z guide pairs treated by ultra-audio quenching, precision grinding, and scraping for enhanced accuracy and extended machine life.
These treatments significantly improve accuracy and prolong the machine's service life.
6. The manual lubrication device ensures forced lubrication of the longitudinal, horizontal, and vertical lead screws and guide rails, reducing wear and maintaining efficient operation.
Additionally, the cooling system adjusts the coolant flow via the nozzle to accommodate different processing needs.
7. The operating system is ergonomically suspended on the upper right side of the machine through a support arm, making it easy to operate.
The operation panel, designed with intuitive figurative symbols, offers simplicity and ease of use.
8. The turret milling machine spindle options include R8, NT30, and NT40 to suit various requirements.
9. It is equipped with an advanced electrical box and controller, featuring 110V and 220V output sockets for enhanced functionality.
