Product Introduction
The product is suitable for chemical and chemical reactions requiring simultaneous temperature measurement, addition of inert gases, high temperature and high pressure online Ph measurement, conductivity measurement and combined CO2 supercritical and water supercritical reaction experiments. The new visual autoclave of the second generation is the first of its kind in China. Examples of applications: catalytic reactions, high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis, kinetic testing, Fisher-ropsch reactions, hydrogenation reactions, polymerisation reactions, homogeneous reactions, water quality, CO2 supercritical reactions, etc.
The use of patented inserted pt1000 type needle sensor greatly improves the temperature control accuracy, the maximum temperature of titanium and Hastelloy material is 380ºC, the maximum temperature of stainless steel material is 250C, the temperature display accuracy: earth 1ºC, standard equipment including stirring heating device, pure titanium/316L material reactor body, electric fiber furnace, needle pt1000 type sensor, needle valve and ball valve and pressure gauge. Cooling and circulating system, 1.5m stainless steel connection pipe, 0.5m sample decompression pipe and a set of special tools.
Stirring speed, temperature are digital display 0-1500RPM, speed accuracy 5RPM, power supply: 220V, 50HZ, motor power: 25W- 100W with model, heating power: 300W-1000W with model. Insulation layer: using alumina silicate cotton vacuum shaped environmental protection insulation body, insulation layer: using alkali-free glass fiber, insulation coefficient: relative humidity ≤ 35% when ≥ 500 meg. Working time:more than 96 hours of continuous work in a single time.
Maximum pressure 10Mpa- 40Mpa according to customer's order, pressure precision intelligent adjustable. (Note: Digital pressure gauge and intelligent pressure relief valve can be installed as an option.)
The valve fittings are American standard and the interfaces are all standard configurations. The ball valve can be connected to the inert gas filled bottle for situational protection of the experimental reaction, so that the reactants are not in direct contact with air.
Technology upgrade highlights: make the tedious experiment simple, can realize in the same - operating table in different environments or the same environment of different temperatures and different pressures of diversified series of experiments, and can be connected to the computer through RS485 communication interface to print and display the user needs of historical values and actual curves, through the software real-time monitoring of the entire system.
