Automatic bottle feed in:The empty barrel cleaned by inside and outside brushing machine sending through automatic loading system by transmission chain, loading barrel counter counting 2pcs barrels, blocking barrel cylinder action to stop feeding barrel, loading and pushing barrel action, and pushing barrel to barrel inverting frame reset, loading cylinder action to invert the barrel to level position and waiting for feeding barrel.Washing part:It has 2 rows and 9 steps washing Water consumption of filing water: 6T/H Consumption of water: consumption of water 1T/H(disinfection water reuse, water reuse one time)Filling part:Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down.
