WTR598-24inch type automatic rapier weaving sample machine is matched with a new generation of shuttleless loom weaving machine equipment, key parts are imported. The length of the warp knitting machine and the shape and size of the shed are adjusted according to the scale of the new rapier loom. The difference between the sample and batch products is solved. It is suitable for small sample weaving and product development of cotton, wool, silk, hemp, chemical fiber and blended fabric.

Structural features:servo motor Weft insertion,the rapier head can meet the needs of all kinds of fabrics, such as 5S-200S cotton, polyester / cotton, 20-1000D chemical fiber, industrial fabric, metal fiber and other fabrics. Shedding:

Central console hardware:
PC computer with touch function, pre installed win8 system, and industrial touch screen. Test part:input, under the bottom of this interface, shows the current state of each sensor, proximity switch and other signals, output, run the test program, double click the corresponding button, and the corresponding output will have actions.
