Crafted with precision, the two pivotal components of this machine boast 45# carbon steel seamless pipe construction, enhanced by an advanced frequency-modulated quenching heat treatment process. Ingeniously designed for versatility, the rollers are both interchangeable and reversible. The differential speed between the main roller and the auxiliary roller ensures the main roller experiences less wear. The auxiliary roller's tooth edge plays a critical role in determining the grain-breaking efficiency. Ingeniously, when one side of the auxiliary roller's teeth shows significant wear, it can easily be rotated, while the main roller remains unadjusted. When both sides of the auxiliary roller are fully utilized, simply replace it with a new one, allowing the main roller to be seamlessly adjusted. Thus, one main roller is compatible with two auxiliary rollers, maximizing operational lifespan and efficiency.
