Our state-of-the-art air separation system efficiently removes dust, leaves, chaff, and other light impurities from the grain, ensuring purity. The precision-engineered vibration grader skillfully eliminates both large and small impurities, meticulously grading the cleaned grain according to its size. This dual-action process guarantees an exceptional level of cleanliness and quality.
At the heart of our seed cleaning technology is the air-screen separator, a revolutionary method combining the power of air and screens to efficiently separate seeds based on their size, shape, and density. This dual-technology approach ensures thorough cleaning and optimal sorting of agricultural grains.
Our versatile units, ranging from models with two to eight vibrating screens, operate on consistent cleaning principles. Grains are fed into the hopper and evenly distributed by a precision feed roller. They pass through a controlled gate onto the top sieve, where primary aspiration via an air trunk removes chaff, straw, dust, and deceased grains. The grains then pass through sieve layers, separating them by width and thickness. Finally, the graded material undergoes further cleaning in an air sifter and aspiration chamber, where a powerful upward air draught removes any remaining light particles.
The machine automatically discharges the graded material and impurities through separate chutes, ensuring seamless operation. Ideal for beans, wheat, soybeans, sesame, corn, clove seeds, and other grain-like materials, it features a gentle feeder and belt guard to clean grains without causing damage. Highly functional, the machine's shoes can be easily replaced to accommodate different cleaning types.
