Product Description

Oil seal is mainly used for sealing lubricating oil. It is a mechanical component used to seal grease, isolating the parts that need lubrication in the transmission components from the output components to prevent lubricant leakage.
Oil seals are divided into two types: static seals and dynamic seals (usually reciprocating). The common form of oil seal is TC oil seal, which is a double lip oil seal with a self tightening spring completely wrapped in rubber.

Nitrile rubber (NBR)	Suitable for a temperature range of -40 ºC to 125 ºC, with good oil resistance and wear resistance.
Fluororubber (FKM)	High temperature resistant, working temperature range of -20 ºC to 250 ºC, suitable for use in high-temperature environments.
Silicone rubber (VMQ)	Suitable for a wide temperature range, suitable for environments ranging from -60 ºC to 225 ºC, and has good cold resistance.
Acrylic rubber (ACM)	Heat-resistant, oil resistant, suitable for temperatures ranging from -25 ºC to 150 ºC.
Polyurethane (PU)	Excellent wear resistance, suitable for medium temperature environments ranging from -20 ºC to 120 ºC.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)	It has extremely strong chemical and temperature resistance, with a temperature range from -65 ºC to 260 ºC
