Crafted with high-strength HT300 one-piecestructure,castingironbedfeaturing a 30-degree steptypeflat rail structure. Utilizing finite element analysis, this design ensures excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability. It can maintain long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. Stress relief treatments furtherimprove accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail design and the screw pre-tension drive system design enhance response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in a single clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, increasing output, and reducing process steps. The second spindle offers full turning capabilities, allowing workpieces to be expressed during machining, thereby reducing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminates spindlevibration,with deflection accuracy at the nose end within 0.002mm,improving the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor allows for easier installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor suppresses thermal displacement effects, ensuring a constant working temperature. The spindle system undergoes strict dynamic balance tests, guaranteeing precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. This enables the machine to perform both finishing machining and rough machining, including heavy cutting, making it ideal for mass production of complex shapes with high precision.product.
2. High rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change performance. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.

Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly improving machining accuracy. The high rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails ensure that machine accuracy remains unaffected by impacts, providing smooth displacement and low noise, thereby extending service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, and the feed drive utilizes a FANUC servo motor.
