PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane's innovative design creates an optimal 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a more cost-effective and adaptable solution compared to traditional closed systems. Externally, the material pile is shielded from weather and rain, while internally, the ideal environment is cultivated for microorganisms to efficiently convert waste into premium compost in record time. With computer-optimized oxygen supply facilitated by fans and ventilation systems, the composting process is accelerated to just a few weeks.
NCS molecular membrane This system employs a sophisticated cover for the compost heap, featuring a three-layer membrane made of top-tier UV-resistant fabrics and a waterproof yet breathable semipermeable membrane, ensuring durability and functionality.
The membrane provides excellent protection from external weather effects and rainwater intrusion, while internally retaining odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet allowing air and moisture permeability.
Thanks to the NCS molecular membrane's special properties in controlling odors and emissions effectively, there is no need for a supplementary biofilter system.
Under the membrane, a conducive environment is established for microorganisms, facilitating the swift decomposition of organic waste into superior compost.
Control of the composting system The compost windrow’s decomposition processes are expertly managed through a controlled ventilation system. High-quality stainless steel probes, resilient and biochemically resistant, record vital temperature and oxygen data within the windrow, ensuring optimal conditions.
Robust, high-quality cables connect to the computer-controlled networking unit, where sophisticated software analyzes the data to decide on the precise amount of oxygen required via the aeration system. This valuable data is systematically stored, eliminating the need for a PC connection.
Aeration systems The innovative micro-pressure air supply system comprises a supply fan, supply duct, and a computer control unit.
