Equipment Introduction
The saline injection machine is to inject brine into the meat to fully pickle, which can make the meat tender and soft, and improve the quality and yield of meat products.
According to different process requirements, adjusting the stepping speed, stepping distance, the gap of the meat pressing plate and the injection pressure, will inject the pickling liquid into the meat evenly and continuously, to achieve the most ideal injection effect.
1. The saline injection machine adopts 304 stainless steel material and stainless steel pump, with reasonable design and easy maintenance, it’s equipped with an automatic protection device, when the injection needle touches a hard object, the injection needle will be lifted and will not be damaged.
2. The equipment is designed with four layers of different filtering functions, which can timely discharge the small pieces of meat out of the injection liquid, effectively ensuring that the injection needle hole is not blocked. The drive chain is detachable, easy to clean, and the needle is easy to disassemble and replace.
3. The injection pressure of this machine can be adjusted between 0.1--0.9MMPa according to different products, and the pressure gauge shows the injection pressure intuitively and conveniently.
4. The machine adopts a variable frequency speed regulator, the chain stepping distance and stepping speed and the needle injection speed can be adjusted synchronously.
5. The machine is equipped with an automatic needle protection device, and the injection needle can be lifted when it hits a hard object to avoid damage.
6. It is used to inject brine directly into meat products and seafood products to achieve the purpose of pickling.
