LGK557 series CNC pull-up internal broaching machine, the structure of this machine tool adopts the form of double guide column guide rail and dual servo motor drive, 2 guide rail centers, 2 drive centers, and 1 broaching center to achieve 5-center coplanar, the advantage of this structure is to eliminate the traditional broaching machine due to the structure caused by the overturning torque, so that the broaching force of the workpiece during the broaching process is also uniform and symmetrical, and the deformation generated by the workbench is also symmetrically offset, and the positioning surface of the workpiece and the axis of the broaching tool are always moving vertically.
