The HONGFA Artificial Quartz Stone Slab Production Line is a highly efficient and energy-saving system designed for rapid prototyping of quartz slabs under vacuum and high-frequency vibration conditions.
This innovative manufacturing process effectively ensures the smoothness, uniform texture, high density, and hardness of the slabs while eliminating air bubbles.

The pressing parameters can be adjusted according to specific formulas, allowing for minimal resin content and shortened pressing times.

This provides a reliable foundation for the production of special new patterns under low resin conditions.
The automated system guides the finished rough slabs through the entire pressing process, which includes feeding, vacuuming, pressurization, vibration, and pressure relief discharging.
The Artificial Quartz Stone Plate Board Production Line consists of the following machines and equipment:

1,Mixer:for mixing the quartz stone,quartz powder,resin and additives.
2,Quartz plate pressing machine.
3,Oven: for curing the green artificial quartz plate slab to gain strength.
