Product Description

Product introduction
Used to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding, aerated concrete block surfaces, putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates such as concrete. It seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, reducing the absorption of porous substrates.
This prevents the moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, and eliminates issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling

Substrate Treatment The substrate surface should be smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or has large areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.
Application Method
>> Remove unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface. >> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or according to substrate absorption, apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration. >> For better reinforcement effect, multiple coats can be applied. >> After curing, the substrate can be directly applied by putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
