This Mooge plastic bottle washing recycling production line is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste rigid plastic HDPE bottle, PP kettle, etc.
The waste dirty material go through crushing, washing, drying, and collecting process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizing.
We can also customize the washing line according to client's material and product requirement.

Working Flow
Working Flow (500kg/h for example)
--- Belt conveyor: feeding the plastic bottles into the crusher. If there is any scrap metal inside the bottles, semi-auto metal detector is suggested. --- S-series crusher: with water, crush plastic bottles into small size (size is adjusted as buyer request) --- Friction washing loader machine: washing out the sand, soil from the material and loading out the material --- Floating washing tank: washing out the dirty from the material --- Screw loader: loading the bottle flakes to the next step --- Horizontal friction washing dewatering machine: washing out labels, dirty and remove dirty water --- Floating washer tank: washing out the dirty from the material --- Screw loader: loading the bottle flakes into the next step --- Dewatering machine: remove the water from the material --- Hot air drying system: drying the bottle flakes --- Storage hopper: collect the flakes --- Control cabinet: control the line on/off (famous brand such as Schneider, Siemens, etc.) Detailed Photos
Plastic crusher machine
Function: crushing the pe pp bottles/buckets into small flakes
With water inlet do wet crushing
The rotary and fixed blades inside the crusher made by SKD-II or D2 are more wider, which will save the blades cost
Use the big roller bearing ensure durable use
Bearing house is installed outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside
Friction washing loader
Function: Friction washing the bottle flakes with water and loading up it
Up and down both mounted with bearing design ensure the low maintenance and long use life
With water injection system to cleaning the screen
Bottom with water drain system The machine part contact with water made by SUS304
Floating washing tank
Function: Floating washing separate the sand, soil and other dirty The roller is specially made can have more washing for flakes but less water take out
Bottom with positive and negative screw to push the dirty into the middle for easily drain out

Horizontal dewatering machine
Function: take out dirty and remover water With high raotary speed reach up to 1500rpm
With the roller bearing and fixed outside of the rotor for long use life
Inside with mesh layer, mesh made by SUS304 with the diameter 2.5mm

Hot air drying system Function: futher drying the bottle flakes with hot air Heating by electricity, with one set of heating box
With one set of blower fan to transmit the flakes through the pipe The pipe is made by 304 stainless steel The pipe with bigger and more thickness elbow for longer use Packaging & Shipping
• For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box
• For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
• We can ship the goods by air or by sea
• We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording
• We can send cargo to client's warehouse to loading
