Product Description



It is suitable for mass production of copper, iron, aluminum, and stainless steel bars within 45mm, as well as suitable for automatic feeding and mass production of forged parts and granular materials using cutting method within 60mm, hydraulic chuck can also be installed to achieve single piece or robotic feeding production for parts within 350mm. Multiple patented technologies such as high rigidity and anti deformation structure are adopted, it is suitable for processing products with unilateral cutting amount less than 4mm, accuracy tolerance within ±0.0075mm, and less than 1.6 finish degree. It is widely suitable for processing large parts with high precision and rigidity, fully utilizing the performance of various accessories through careful design and matching to achieve the best cost-effectiveness ratio.

Answer: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry (Except weekend and holidays). If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote.

2. How can I choose the most suitable machines ? Answer: Please tell me your specifications, we can choose the best model for you, or you can choose the exact model. You can also send us the product drawings, we will choose the most suitable machines for you.

3. Can I place Metalworking samples orders?
Answer: Yes. Please feel free to contact us.

4. What is your lead time?
Answer: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship 1-2 machine in 30 working days ; For more than 3 machines, about 35 working days.

5. What is your payment term?
Answer: T/T or ****** Trade Assurance Order Service, other payment term need to be discussed.

6. What is the shipping method?
Answer: Machine order shipped by sea or land transportation ; Metalworking samples by express (EMS/UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

7. What is the form of after-sales service?
Answer: a. Warranty is one yearJust for parts. There is no visiting repairing, We offer video support and send the parts for repairing.

-b. Sample making shall be conducted before order if required, i.e. the buyer shall pay the sample making fees first.

-c. Manufacturer shall do the testing and commissioning for the goods before shipment.

-d. After shipment, buyer can go to local maintenance if technical issues occurred (Manufacturer will be responsible for sending spare parts if buyer need. )

-e. Spare parts such as belt, chuck, screw & nuts, hydraulic oil, working lighting, cutting tool, etc are not under warranty scope.
