Composting

Cow manure contains 14.5% organic matter, 0.30 ~ 0.45% nitrogen, 0.15 ~ 0.25% phosphorus and 0.10 ~ 0.15% potassium. So it is a valuable resource that can be used by farming as a source of soil fertilizer. Pig manure contains 15% organic matter, 0.5-0.6% nitrogen, 0.45-0.5% phosphorus, 0.35-0.45% potassium. Pig manure is fine in texture and complex in composition. It contains proteins, fats, organic acids, cellulose, hemicellulose and inorganic salts. It is also a good fertilizer for crops. Chicken manure is rich in nutrients, according to the relevant determination: chicken manure contains 89.8% dry matter, 28.8% crude protein, 12.7% crude fiber, 14.4% digestible protein, 2.6% phosphorus, 8.7% calcium, 0.23% histidine, 0.11% methionine, 0.87% leucine, 0.53% lysine, 0.46% phenylalanine.
