Products Pangda surface grinding machine is a precision grinding equipment suitable for various materials, the workpiece surface brightness is high, the flatness is precise, no falling edge, no scratch, the equipment is set up three stations, you can carry out 3 groups of products polishing and grinding processing at the same time, high production efficiency.
Widely used in LED sapphire substrate, optical glass wafers, quartz wafers, silicon wafers, sheets, molds, light guide plates, light spinner joint valves, hydraulic tight, stainless steel, and other materials single-sided grinding, polishing.

Equipment principle:
1. The grinding machine is a precision grinding equipment, the grinding product is placed on the grinding disc, the grinding disc rotates against the clock, the workpiece rotates itself, the workpiece is pressed by gravity pressure, and the workpiece and the grinding disc are relative rotating friction to achieve the purpose of grinding.
2. The disc repairing machine uses the hydraulic suspended guide rail to move back and forth, and trims the grinding disc precisely with the diamond shaving knife, so that the grinding disc gets precise flatness.
Features:
1. Using interval automatic spray device, spray interval time can be set freely.
2. The series grinding machine parts are pressurized by pressing the weight block and lifting the cylinder. After polishing, the workpiece surface brightness is high, no scratch, no grain, no pitting, no collapsing edge, and high flatness. After polishing the workpiece surface roughness can reach Ra0.0002; Flatness can be controlled within the range of ±0.002mm.
3, the cylinder has the function of preventing air failure to ensure personal and equipment safety.
4. The series grinding machine adopts the switch press and twist control system, and the rotation speed and timing of the grinding disc can be directly set on the control panel.
5. The equipment is equipped with three stations (including three sets of weight pressing and self-locking systems), which can simultaneously carry out polishing and grinding processing of three groups of products.
