Product Introduction
ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is designed based on principle that spinning of two synchronous eccentric shafts producing vibrating force. It's mainly used for continuous feeding before coarse crushing, at the same time, screening the materials according to the preset bars gap to improve the crushing efficiency. The feeder is widely used for feeding and crushing processing work of industrial mineral raw material and several kinds of rocks in building aggregate production, metallurgy, mine, building material, chemical industry and many other industries.

1. Simple structure, even feeding, good continuous performance, adjustable exciting force.
2. Stable amplitude, reliable running, strong adaptation to various materials.
3. Adopt steel spring support and vibration isolation, which can withstand greater impact loads, smooth operation and start-stop, low noise, long lifetime.
4. The feed capacity is controllable by adjusting frequency with frequency conversion controller, no need to start motor frequently.
5. According to different materials, blind plate or steel plate mesh is optional for different working conditions.
6. The screening layers can be added under the pre-screening bars according to customers' needs (requirements), which can further classified and separated the pre-screening materials, also can add high weir plate or liner plate.
